Why My Filming Day Really Starts In The Shower

I used to be very face focused with beauty. Skincare for the face, makeup for the face, SPF for the face, treatments for the face. Body care was kind of there, but it was always the quick step. Shower, moisturize if I remembered (because in all honesty I used to skip this step more than I’d like to admit), get dressed, then give all my attention and focus to skincare and makeup.
I’m 46 now and I’m embarrassed to admit that I didn’t really focus on body care until I started seeing the effects of aging.
