"TikTok is not your dermatologist" !!!! Not every viral thing or hack needs to be jumped on, just the thought/sound of it grosses me out. K-beauty products and a consistent skin care DIY regime at home with monthly professional facials work perfectly for me. I like my cows to stay where I like them best, on my plate and cooked Medium. : ) LOL
Niña, you nailed it! Actually, I’ve been using a Korean oil to cleanse my face, remove makeup etc. it’s a clean, clear oil. I slather it on & tissue off. Then I slather on some Cetaphil Cleanser & foam it ( it doesn’t foam up much) and rinse with warm water. My skin is clean, smooth & glowing. I follow with a toner and then either Rhodes Milk or some other like d’Alba mist. I pat these in then follow up with eyecream, serums, moisturizer & lip balm. Then I use Grande’s brow serum on my brows to grow hairs, Grande’s lash serum. And I’m done. That’s my evening routine. I’ve been loving IT’s moisturizer & I love Il Makiage’s eyecream at night. I have several serums, one of which is Vibriance’s Super C Serum! I’m using a lot of Korean products I get at Costco.
Your routine sounds amazing, I love how thorough but balanced it is. Korean skincare really does give that glow, and I can see why your skin is feeling so smooth and healthy. You’ve got a great mix of products in there
I buy historical makeup formulas from “Little Bits” on Etsy. I am mostly a vegetarian, but my perimenopausal skin feels s a cranky mess and my doctor recommended LARD (from pigs), which is in a lot of historical products. It is nearly identical to our own lipid profile, and there is research that it is fantastic for skin.

It grossed me out too!
Also. I could never get past 'snail mucin' either for same reason LOL
I guess we’ll try anything for the elusive youth. If it only worked.
