You’re eating constantly

Snacking all day might feel harmless, but your gut needs breaks. Your digestive system isn’t designed to be working non-stop. When you’re grazing from morning until night, your gut never gets a chance to reset. That constant digestion can lead to bloating, feeling sluggish, and discomfort.
