I hope you get better soon. I know how it feels. It took me a month to get back into fitness again cause I got this back pain on my left side and I just had to massage it and take my time until it was better. I’m doing strength training in a boot camp gym. The people are friendly and they really work you out. I got two days a week for that and then two days of Pilates. Helps with getting my muscles lean and flexibility. Every month I add another workout either boot camp or Pilates. I alternate them. Trying to add more protein to my diet. You’re doing great. I loved your rant.

It’s horrible when you can’t keep up due to things out of your control! Boot camp sounds fun!

So sorry to hear about your herniated disk. It used to happen to my husband until he started doing yoga regularly. From having a yearly episode, I don't think he's now had any serious lower back problems for about 4 years. Maybe something to think about... Feel better soon regardless!!!

Read this in my email this morning…. Sorry about the disk herniation. As an anesthesiologist, be careful with chiropractors! See a neurosurgeon who only uses surgery as a last resort. I know plenty of them but only in Florida. Stay healthy!!! You look great!!!
