I stressed about my thinning hair, people told me I was worrying about nothing but when it was checked out I had indeed fewer hairs per follicle at the top. One year using minoxidil spray every day and I’ve got new fluffy hairs sprouting away ! Best thing I did seeing a specialist.
Your August seem packed with fun and bad advice lol. I have very few friends myself though I love meeting new people and exploring new friends lol but I’m happy that I have friends that understand our situation and have their own lives to live so we don’t get to have weekend lunches all the time. Unfortunately I don’t think we see each other enough. But we keep in touch every other week to see what’s happening. You know talking on the phone like the old days lol. I’ve learned that life is short and we need to reach out. I’m not surprised about the health advice that you didn’t ask for lol. I don’t get why people do that. I mean I can share what I do to be healthy but my body is different than everyone else, and also just because something works for you doesn’t mean it will work for others. You never win, damm if you do and damm if you don’t. You do you Nina. 😉
You’re so right…life is too short not to reach out. When it comes to the unsolicited health advice… people mean well, but like you said, what works for one person won’t always work for someone else.
Hi Nina, please ignore if this sounds like unsolicited advice but I wanted to share just to give you another avenue to explore. My friend is the same age as you and has also been losing hair, she also did many tests and finally went to the gynae and was told she’s losing hair because she’s perimenopausal and that it’s normal in that phase. I wonder if it’s something for you to explore too? Again, ignore if not relevant!

Congrats. I take the pill and it’s a life saver.
I’d love to use that but I’ve heard it’s toxic to dogs and I want want to risk it with my little Nico
Ohh yeah I can see that. The pill is tiny and you only need to take half. I can see how they can get into it if not careful.
