The Reset I’m Actually Doing This January
January always comes with so much noise…big goals and this pressure to change everything at once, so that you’re starting the year right. That’s not what I’m doing this year. My reset is quieter and more intentional. It’s less about becoming a new version of myself, getting my vision board done, and more about tightening up what already works and letting go of what doesn’t.
One of the first things I’m re-evaluating is my work aesthetic, especially on social media. I’ve been asking myself what actually feels aligned now, how I want my content to look, sound, and feel going into this year. I don’t want to post just to post. I want everything to feel considered, calmer, and more me. That also means being okay with slowing down creatively instead of constantly chasing.
