Let’s talk hair. We all have different types, and each type comes with its own set of challenges. From hair loss to dryness, oiliness, damage, and fine strands, there’s a an oil for everyone. I personally love to apply oil to my hair and leave it in all day. If I know I’m home all day then I’ll apply a generous amount of oil to my hair and scalp, scrape it all back into a bun and wash my hair in the early evening. It’s worked wonders on my hair and the health of my scalp, so I wanted to research into which oils work for most hair types so that you can feel and see the benefits too!

What It Is: Hair loss can be caused by a variety of factors, including genetics, stress, poor diet, and hormonal changes. It’s characterized by thinning hair, increased shedding, or bald patches.
