I feel like vitamin D is one of those things people only think about if a doctor mentions it. It’s not something you naturally look at and think, maybe this is why I feel off. But the more I’ve looked into it, the more I’ve realized how many people are actually low in it and just don’t know.

The tricky part is that the signs don’t feel obvious. It’s not like something dramatic happens. It’s more that you just don’t feel quite right, but you can’t fully explain why. You might feel more tired than usual, even when you’ve slept properly. You might feel a bit flat, a bit low, or just not as motivated. It’s subtle enough that you just carry on and assume it’s stress or life or just one of those phases. I think this is why so many people miss it.
