Cortisol—aka the "stress hormone"—plays a crucial role in how our bodies handle stress, regulate metabolism, and maintain energy levels. But when cortisol levels stay elevated for too long, it can lead to a range of issues like anxiety, fatigue, weight gain (especially around the belly), and even disrupt your skin and hair health. I’ve personally been dealing with this recently so here are a few things that helped me to get a bit more control back!
