I’ve been seeing this on YouTube and the prices of the eyeshadows and lipsticks are so crazy! Beautiful though but for us it’s way too much for makeup.
Personally, I couldn't care less about the price, as long as it's worth it. No point in spending thousands on an outfit, if your face looks awful. But...I want to know I'm paying for something, and a label doesn't count. It's never going to be worth 5 times another brand, but even if it's a bit better, I'm happy to spend the money. I've always loved luxury items, but for their quality, not their logos. Knowing Pat McGrath is involved gives me hope that this isn't just something LV released simply to make money off the people who can't afford to buy their "real" items.
The biggest upside is that unless they drag you to the bathroom every time they want a touch up, the only way people will know someone is wearing a luxury beauty item is if the quality really lives up to the hype. Definitely looking forward to unbiased reviews. Would love to hear people's reaction to the quality if it had all been depotted so there was no influence from the brand name.
I completely agree with you, if the quality isn’t there, the price and logo mean nothing. That’s why I was excited about Pat McGrath’s involvement too; her products always deliver. I’m planning to really test everything so we can see if it lives up to the hype…so far so good!

Well, the Louis Vuitton Eyeshadows are 250$ each and the lipsticks are 160$ each. Crazy. They have 55 lipsticks. So the Math is insane!
