Inflammation. The Everyday Habits That Make It Worse...and what helps
Inflammation is one of those things that gets talked about a lot, but not always in a way that actually helps you understand what’s going on. Everything you see online is usually telling you must be inflamed, but nothing really solves the problem. It’s easy to think of it as something extreme or medical, when in reality, low level inflammation can show up in very normal, everyday ways. You might notice you feel more bloated than usual, your skin is more reactive, your energy dips for no clear reason, or you just don’t feel as good in your body as you normally would.
A certain level of inflammation is completely normal. It’s part of how your body protects and repairs itself. The issue is when it becomes constant, because that’s when it starts affecting how you feel day to day.
A lot of the time, it’s not one big thing causing it. It’s a build-up of small habits that you don’t really think about.
