The hardest thing to find is a foundation that gives great coverage, doesn’t look cakey, and still allows your skin to look like skin. It’s actually a pretty difficult product to find, but I recently came across a product that ticked all the right boxes, and having tried and worn it for several hours, I’m happy to introduce the Fenty Beauty blur and smooth tint stick.
Although this is a light-coverage foundation tint stick, I found it to actually have very good coverage. I would say this is more lightweight than light coverage. It contains ingredients to keep your skin hydrated and avoid oxidation.
I’m not usually a fan of stick foundations, but this one has definitely changed my mind. It glides on like butter and melts into the skin without feeling or looking greasy. This is probably one of the easiest stick foundations to blend that I have ever tried. I’ve used so many stick foundations before, and the reason I ended up hating them is because the texture was so chalky or felt overly oily on my skin. You won’t have this problem with the Fenty blur and smooth tint stick. Somehow, it gives you great coverage and still allows your skin to look like skin, but a healthy version.
It works well with various different products, such as loose setting powder or pressed powder. If you really don’t feel the need to set your base, then you can go without any powder. It’s also the perfect base if you want to use liquid or cream blush on top.
This is genuinely a great foundation, and I would highly recommend it if you prefer a lightweight finish with good coverage. It’s made my day makeup application a lot easier, and I’m sure you’ll love it. You’re welcome.
Thanks Nina, I have just bought it so will give it a go as I have drier skin. How do you apply it? Straight from the stick onto the face or by using a brush?
Thank you Nina! I will try it.
