It was a battle for me since my late 20’s. My hair would go thru phases and I do agree that stress can play a part. I finally found something that has worked wonderfully for me. I don’t stress my hair either. Most of the time I leave it drying naturally and once or twice a month a blow it out . I get highlights every four to six months. I hadn’t done anything to my hair in over 5 years.
I actually have a round spot in the front of my scalp that was diagnosed as alopecia. So my dermatologist gives me shots there and slowly it begins to grow back. Barely hurts but you have to be consistent and very patient. Bc it’s diagnosed, my insurance covers it as well. I tried taking supplements for my hair loss throughout the rest of my hair but again you have to be very consistent and patient. Wasn’t worth it for me. And I reduced my stress which helped out. Also getting the right balance of nutrients, vitamins, minerals etc and not stressing as much all help too.

Good to hear you’re dealing with it better!
