This is such an under-rated way of looking after your skin. I’ll be honest - for so long I didn’t believe much in home made face treatments. I just kind of assumed I needed the hardcore ingredients to make a difference. When I was much younger, I used to boil full fat milk and use the top fatty layer as a face mask - my grandmother taught me this. It was amazing for my skin….it looked the best I’d ever seen it, smoother, softer and radiant. Back then it worked because my Grandmother would drink the milk with horlicks whereas now I have no one to boil milk at night for!
You don’t necessarily need to spend so much on expensive treatments to tighten and firm your skin. With the right ingredients you can achieve really good results from the comfort of your own home.
