Yesss. Especially about your to do lists. That’s the only way I can stay on track. I always have an ongoing “inbox” of to do’s and then my “daily do’s.”The second I think of something I need to get done I have to add it or else I will forget. And it’s so satisfying to be able to check things off and make progress.
