1. Avocado and Honey Hair Mask - A hydrating mask packed with nourishing ingredients like avocado, honey, and olive oil, which help moisturize dry, brittle hair and restore its natural shine and softness.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth.
2. Add the honey and olive oil, and mix until well combined.
3. Apply the mask to damp hair, focusing on the lengths and ends.
4. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
2. Coconut Milk and Banana Hair Mask - This mask is rich in vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids, and helps nourish and strengthen the hair, promoting growth and preventing breakage. The combination of banana and coconut milk also adds moisture and shine to dull hair.
